Onyssia P (N°1242): “They remained locked up a long time and were then taken to a grain silo. After they got undressed, they were brought to the grave. Each group was killed, a bullet to the neck. They were burned with gasoline after the shooting.”

“On March 24, 1942, there was a shooting near the municipal council. 33 people were shot, among them 15 inhabitants of Balaytchuk. Their bodies were taken east of the town and buried in a ravine. We don’t know the identity of the victims.”
