Entrevista del testigo

Ivan K. : "Around the third day after the arrival of the Germans, a car came with an officer and policemen. They did not do anything towards the Ukrainians. But they said to the Jews that they would be deported to another country and that they had to gather their belongings." (Witness N°1053 interviewed in December, 2010)

Nota histórica

Novomarivka is a small village situated between the cities of Dnipropetrovsk and Krivyi Rih.  The village was under German occupation between 1941 and 1943.

Holocausto por balas en cifras

Jews coming from different Jewish agricultural colonies, like Malaya Kalynivka, were shot in a ravine close to the village of Novomarivka. Then the bodies were burned by the executioners.
